-To Help keep costs low for our community, The JAY clinic does not
accept insurance. We are a fee at time of service. Since we do not use
insurance, we can keep our costs low .
- You will leave with an insurance form that is all ready for you to
send in to your insurance company for reimbursement.
-Your Health savings account may also be used after your visit.
-Lab tests and other services including laceration repair will be extra.
